KPI Recruiting are currently looking for experienced Food Operatives to join a respected food production facility in the Nantwich area. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dedicated team working across various departments in a chilled environment.

Main Duties May Include:

Labelling and Barcoding:

• Accurately label and barcode products
• Direct items to correct storage locations

Scanning:

• Use handheld scanners to pick orders
• Accurately scan and handle 10–50 items per order (e.g., wax cheeses, truffles, chutneys, crackers)

Hamper Assembly:

• Assemble hampers at a workstation using pre-picked items
• Ensure all hampers include correct products and quantities
• Prepare hampers for dispatch

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in food production or packing (preferred)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable in a chilled/cold environment
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and organised

Additional Information & Conduct:

• Smoking/vaping permitted only in designated areas
• Arrive in full PPE (must be worn at all times)
• No headphones, jewellery, heavy makeup, false eyelashes/nails allowed
• Hair must be tied back; all health & hygiene protocols must be followed
• Adherence to all marked walkways inside and outside the building is required

PPE Required:

• High-visibility vest
• Safety boots
