The Training Structure – What to Expect as a Graduate English Trainee Teacher

September–December: Observe expert teaching, begin team-teaching, and develop behaviour management skills 

January–March: Plan and deliver your own lessons with support 

April–July: Take full responsibility for classes and complete your QTS qualification
