The Role - Graduate EYFS Teaching Assistant

As a Graduate EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support play-based learning activities and child-initiated exploration
• Assist with outdoor learning and forest school activities
• Help develop children's communication, language, and literacy skills as a Graduate EYFS Teaching Assistant
• Support personal, social, and emotional development
• Observe and assess children's progress across all areas of learning
• Create engaging learning environments and sensory play experiences

What We're Looking For

Essential for Graduate EYFS Teaching Assistant:

• 2:1 degree or above in any subject
• Passion for early childhood development and learning
• Understanding of child development principles
• Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for working with young children

Desirable:

• Early Years qualification or experience
• Knowledge of EYFS framework
