A welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Ealing is looking to appoint a dedicated Graduate Learning Support Assistant for the 2025/26 academic year.

You’ll work with pupils who face a range of learning challenges—from ASD and ADHD to emotional needs and literacy delays.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Providing 1:1 or small group support for pupils with additional learning needs
• Collaborating with the SENCO and inclusion team
• Modifying learning materials and tasks to suit pupils' needs
• Supporting pupils' social and emotional wellbeing
• Liaising with speech therapists, psychologists, and support specialists

This is a perfect role for aspiring educational psychologists, therapists, SEN teachers or inclusion specialists.

What You’ll Need:

• A degree in psychology, education, or related field (or strong interest in SEN)
• Patience, empathy, and an adaptable mindset
• A genuine commitment to inclusion and equal opportunities
• Ability to manage behaviour and build positive relationships
