What You’ll Be Doing – Graduate Maths Teaching Assistant:

• Full-time role, starting September 2025
• Competitive weekly pay – up to £550 per week
• Work across KS3 and KS4 Maths classrooms
• Provide small group and 1:1 Maths support
• Help students grasp key mathematical concepts and improve outcomes
• Assist with classroom activities, planning and preparation
• Gain insight into curriculum delivery and behaviour management
• Clear route into the school’s salaried teacher training programme

What We’re Looking For – Graduate Maths Teaching Assistant:

• 2:1 or above in Maths or a closely related subject (e.g. Physics, Engineering, Economics)
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for education
• A positive, proactive mindset and strong work ethic
• Some experience with young people (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) is desirable
• A long-term commitment to working in education
