-          Graduate from a top-30 University with a 2:1 or higher degree in psychology, English, Math’s, Science, Sociology and any related field

-          Previous experience working with children – Whether through tutoring, volunteering, babysitting, mentoring, or camp leadership (desirable but not essential)

-          A genuine interest in education and child development – You’re eager to learn, open to feedback, and excited to grow alongside experienced, passionate educators
