The Role –  Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant

• Support children aged 4–11 across Early Years, KS1, or KS2
• Work closely with class teachers to deliver lessons and learning activities
• Lead small group work and one-to-one interventions in literacy and numeracy
• Help boost pupils’ confidence, emotional well-being, and behaviour
• Gain hands-on classroom experience alongside expert staff

 What We’re Looking For - Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant

We’re seeking passionate and motivated graduates who are excited by the idea of working in a school setting. Ideal candidates will have:

• A 2:1 degree or higher (all subjects welcome; Education, Psychology, or English preferred)
• A genuine interest in child development and education
• Confidence working with young people
• Some experience supporting children or teens – this could be from tutoring, coaching, mentoring, or volunteering
