What You’ll Do - Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant

• Assist in delivering interactive and inclusive lessons
• Provide tailored support to individual pupils and small groups
• Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive engagement
• Support learners with additional or specific educational needs (e.g. SEN, EAL)
• Contribute to the overall development and well-being of all students

What We’re Looking For - Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant

• A graduate (2:1 degree or above preferred) in Education, Psychology, English, or a related subject
• A passion for working with children and helping them thrive
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and adaptability
• Any prior experience working with young people (in schools, tutoring, mentoring, etc.) is a plus
