We’re working with a welcoming school in Warwickshire to recruit a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to provide vital academic and emotional support to pupils with additional needs.
Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – What’s on Offer:
- Earn up to £570 per week (term time only)
- Start date: Immediate or September 2025
- Full-time, Monday to Friday role

- Work closely with pupils with a range of SEN needs, including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and SEMH
Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Your Role:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with SEN
- Help create a calm, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Adapt learning materials and tasks to meet individual needs
- Build positive relationships and promote pupils’ confidence and independence
- Collaborate with teachers, the SENCo, and external specialists
- Support pupils' social, emotional, and mental wellbeing
Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Ideal Candidate:
- A 2:1 degree or above in any subject (Psychology, Education, or related fields preferred)
- Passionate about supporting students with additional needs
- Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with children or young people is a plus
- Patient, proactive, and compassionate approach to education
