We’re working with a warm and welcoming school in Warwickshire to recruit a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to provide essential academic and emotional support to students with additional needs.
Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – What’s on Offer:
- Earn up to £570 per week (term time only)
- Start date: Immediate or September 2025
- Monday to Friday – full-time, long-term role

- Support pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and SEMH
Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Your Role:
- Deliver 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN
- Help foster a calm, inclusive, and positive classroom environment
- Adapt learning materials and tasks to suit individual learning styles
- Build trust and encourage independence and self-esteem
- Work alongside class teachers, SENCo, and external professionals
- Support students’ social, emotional, and mental wellbeing
Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Ideal Candidate:
- A 2:1 degree or higher in any subject (Psychology, Education, or related fields preferred)
- Passionate about inclusive education and pupil development
- Strong communication, empathy, and listening skills
- Prior experience working with young people is a plus
- Patient, proactive, and dedicated to helping others thrive
