What You'll Do as a Graduate Teaching Assistant - Graduate Teaching Assistant

As part of the teaching support team, you’ll:

• Assist teaching staff in Reception, KS1, or KS2 classrooms
• Provide small group or 1:1 academic support in core subjects
• Deliver targeted interventions in reading, writing, maths, or phonics
• Support pupils with special educational needs (SEND) or social/emotional needs (SEMH)
• Contribute to lesson preparation and classroom activities
• Help foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

You’ll be mentored by experienced educators and develop a strong foundation in classroom practice and behaviour management.

Who We're Looking For - Graduate Teaching Assistant

We welcome applications from graduates who: Graduate Teaching Assistant
✅Hold a 2:1 degree or above in any core subject (e.g., English, Maths, Science, History, Geography, etc.)
✅ Are enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to support young learners
✅ Communicate clearly and work well as part of a team
✅ Have some experience working with children (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, volunteering – preferred but not essential)
