The Role:

  • Full-time, long-term Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant Role
  • Sociable working hours between 8.30am – 3.30pm, Mon/Fri

If you are a confident and knowledgeable recent education or psychology graduate, with a keen interest in the education sector, this role is for you. Relevant experience is beneficial but not required for this position and full training will be provided to ensure your success as a Graduate Teaching Assistant.

As a Teaching Assistant you will assist classroom leaders in ensuring that all students have inclusive and equal access to education. You’ll gain valuable experience working with students in the primary setting to support them in their developmentTraining will be provided to ensure that you are able to maximise your impact on teaching and learning within the classroom. You may be utilised to assist the classroom leader in delivering high-quality educational content – developing your own pedagogy, or perhaps deployed 1:1 or in small-groups with students that require additional focused support.
