Graduate Teaching Assistant – Primary School

Location: Bromley, South London
Role: Full-time, Monday to Friday 8:30am–15:30pm
Salary: £500–£600 per week, term time only

Who we’re looking for

• Must have a University Degree (2:1 or higher)
• Genuine interest in helping students as a teacher assistant
• Eagerness to delve into training and personal development opportunities
• No experience is needed
• Some experience working with children e.g. Sen teaching assistant, tutor, child care is desirable but not essential

The Role

• Collaborate with the primary school teacher to create inspiring and inclusive learning experiences
• Help pupils remain engaged, enthusiastic and confident in their studies
• Deliver one-to-one and small group support to boost understanding and progress
• Assist children with SEN to fully participate and thrive in the classroom
• Play an active role in school life by supporting lunchtime activities, school events and after-school clubs
