Are you a commercially savvy relationship-builder with a passion for client success? We’re partnering with a leading service provider to recruit a Key Account Manager who will take ownership of strategic client portfolios, ensuring operational excellence and driving commercial growth.
he Role
As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for a select group of high-value clients. You’ll oversee service delivery, manage financial workflows, and lead performance reporting—all while identifying opportunities to expand services and deepen client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage quotations, invoicing, and certification processes with precision and timeliness.
- Lead applications for payment and ensure alignment with contract terms.
- Monitor account performance against KPIs and SLAs, delivering monthly reports and insights.
- Chair client review meetings and act as the escalation lead for any service issues.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Sales.
- Drive cross-selling initiatives and contribute to strategic business growth.

- Quotation-to-order conversion rates
- Timeliness and accuracy of financial documentation
- Client satisfaction and complaint resolution
- Revenue target achievement
- SLA/KPI compliance
