About the Role – Learning Support Assistant:

  • Full-time, long-term position starting September 2025
  • Paid up to £550 per week

  • Help pupils access the curriculum and develop confidence in class

  • Opportunity to progress onto a salaried in-house teacher training course the following academic year

Ideal Candidate – Learning Support Assistant:

  • A graduate with a 2:1 degree or above
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping young people
  • Adaptable, resilient, and confident in a classroom setting
  • Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable (voluntary or paid)
