Office Manager – Manufacturing & Production

Monday to Thursday (37.5) hours 

Bolton

£48,000 - £52,000 per annum

We’re seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee a thriving production unit, ensuring seamless operations, quality output, and strategic growth. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on responsibility, team development, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage order intake, resource utilisation, and product output
  • Maintain high standards of safety, tidiness, and quality
  • Lead and support a team of operatives, ensuring strong performance and adherence to company principles
  • Implement and uphold ISO9000 Quality Management Systems
  • Drive profitability and meet delivery targets
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar industry
  • Strong understanding of business management and profitability
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive

Desirable:

  • 2+ years in a similar role
  • General IT proficiency
