What You'll Be Doing

• Driving continuous improvement and change across operations
• Creating and empowering a skilled, trained and motivated workforce
• Leading cultural and behavioural transformation to enhance performance
• Representing the site during customer audits, reviews, and visits
• Implementing an operations strategy that aligns with the broader business vision
• Owning and delivering operational KPIs, product quality and safety

• Strong, proven leadership experience in food or fresh produce manufacturing
• Experience of managing operational change, culture and performance

• Commercially minded with solid financial understanding

• Food Hygiene Level 4, Level 3 HACCP and Level 2 Health & Safety
