Property  Maintenance Coordinator

Sandbach

Monday – Friday. 40 hours per week + On call

Permanent

£30,000 + on call bonus (NEGOTIABLE)

That have been specially adapted for each of their tenants to meet their individual needs.

Due to their impressive growth plans, a position for a Property Maintenance Coordinator has arisen to be based in Sandbach and travel between their Stafford and Cheshire locations.

YOUR NEW ROLE

We are looking for someone who has previous experience in a hands on role, where you have been used to coordinating maintenance queries, scheduling repairs and over seeing each project.

Your main duties will be (but will not be limited to)

  • Carrying out general maintenance works on the properties
  • Regular visits to each project site to inspect and review any maintenance issues  
  • Liaising with contractors and managing works for larger jobs,
  • Obtaining quotations and submitted for works to be approved by the manager
  • Assisting with setting new schemes up
  • Adaptation works for a new residents such as; installing rails in bathrooms and other general maintenance work  
  • Reporting directly to Group Project Manager to produce progress reports on any works being carried out

YOU WILL HAVE

  • General maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A clean driving license (travel between sites is required)
  • Good time management
  • Well organised
  • Enhanced DBS check will be carried out
