About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Reach Truck Driver / Warehouse Operative to join a busy and friendly team in Horiwch. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stable, ongoing work with the potential for a permanent contract for the right candidate.

You’ll be working in a modern warehouse environment, supporting the smooth running of operations from goods-in to dispatch.

Shift Pattern

• Week 1: Monday 7:00am–3:30pm, Tuesday–Friday 7:30am–3:30pm

• Week 2: Monday–Thursday 7:00am–5:00pm
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate Reach FLT to pick and pack orders accurately.

• Work closely with couriers to ensure all orders are dispatched and invoiced within agreed timeframes.

• Answer calls and emails professionally to process orders and handle customer queries.

• Correctly package goods to prevent damage in transit.

• Maintain dispatch and stock records accurately.

• Monitor stock levels and report potential shortages to management.

• Print and allocate Next Day delivery orders to the pick team to meet deadlines.

• Participate in regular stocktaking activities.

• Perform other reasonable warehouse duties as required.

Requirements

• Valid Reach Truck Licence – essential

• Counterbalance licence – desirable

• Previous warehouse experience

• Good attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: £12.69–£13.21

• Weekly pay every Friday
