£20,000 – £24,000 per annum
Our well-established client is one of the world’s leading distributors in their field and due to growth are seeking an experienced and highly organised Sales Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis! It will be your responsibility to provide administrative support to the sales team, Account Managers as well as other departments.
- Raising orders, reviewing and checking using the bespoke systems
- Inputting and sending of enquiries, quotations and order confirmations
- Customer service interaction and contact maintenance
- Expediting orders and liaising with internal departments
- Involvement in project work
- Previous experience within a similar role, ideally from within the steel industry (advantageous)
- Microsoft Excel knowledge and confidence using various systems
- Excellent communication skills with good customer service skills
- Highly organised approach with meticulous attention to detail
