Duties:

SALES EXECUTIVE | WIGAN | PERMANENT | FULL TIME

Up to £28,000 + uncapped commission

Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm

KPI Recruiting are expanding our dynamic Commercial Division and we’re looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Executive to join us at our Wigan office.

You will be…

  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing relationships through telephone, email and face to face communications
  • Making outbound calls to prospective clients to promote business services and offerings
  • Setting and attending sales / service visits with new and existing clients across the Greater Manchester and Lancashire regions to gain a strong understanding of client requirements and maintain relationships
  • Acting as the key link between clients and candidates
  • Advising clients and candidates on market trends, salaries, and opportunities
  • Negotiating rates, salaries, and final offers between candidates and clients
  • Proactively sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, matching candidate skills to client job requirements
  • Working towards (and smashing!) individual and team targets

You will have…

We don’t need you to come from recruitment – we’re all about the right attitude.
If you’re confident, motivated, and excited about sales and people, we’ll teach you the rest.

  • Previous experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, account management or similar
  • UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle - essential due to regular travel across the Lancashire / Greater Manchester regions
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
  • Confidence to make phone calls and meet clients face-to-face
  • Highly organised and able to juggle priorities
