ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to a new acquisition within their group, they are adding resource to the Sales Ledger and Credit Control team. This role supports our Credit Manager and will be responsible for maintaining a sales ledgers, posting payments and interacting with customers.
This role is computer based, requires extensive use of excel and our ERP system.
- Maintaining a clean sales ledger
- Posting and matching receipts
- Chasing outstanding debts
- Cover for purchase ledger
KEY SKILLS AND DESIRED EXPERIENCE
- Computer literate and proficient in Excel
- Attention to detail
- Positive attitude, deals with challenge and change
- Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
- Previous experience maintaining sales or purchase ledger
- Ability to work independently and track multiple processes
- Mandarin/Cantonese speaking would be advantageous
- Customer service background preferable
