Week 1: Sunday–Tuesday, 6:00am–6:00pm
Week 2: Wednesday–Friday, 6:00pm–6:00am
Week 3: Wednesday–Friday, 6:00am–6:00pm
Week 4: Sunday–Tuesday, 6:00pm–6:00am
About the Role
Due to continuous growth and site expansion, a market leader in the printing and packaging manufacturing industry is looking for a proactive Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer. You’ll play a key role in reducing downtime, supporting planned maintenance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
Key Responsibilities

Planned & Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and servicing of equipment, systems, and structures to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.

System Upgrades & Improvements: Identify opportunities to modernise systems, enhance energy efficiency, and implement new technologies to improve operational performance.

Fault Finding & Repairs: Quickly diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults to minimise production downtime.

Continuous Improvement: Contribute to site improvement projects and support the engineering team in maintaining world-class manufacturing standards.
Requirements
Electrical qualification equivalent to NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or BTEC
Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial maintenance environment
Time-served Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical bias) with strong fault-finding skills
