KPI Recruiting’s client is looking for a sous chef and Chef De Patie to join their hotel located in Shropshire, Surrounded by the beautiful south Shropshire hills.
Sous Chef Role:
- Responsible for the day-to-day culinary operations
- Menu Creation
- Purchasing food and maintaining quality standards
- Cost controlling
- Stock management
- Ensuring a high standard of Sanitation procedures
Chef De Partie Role:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section
- Assisting the sous chef and head chef in creating the Menu, new recipes and dishes
- Preparing of Meat and Fish
The hours of work are:
Pro Rota 5 days out of 7
Mornings – Afternoons – Evenings
Rate of Pay is £26,000 DOE
