KPI Recruiting are looking for a Sous Chef to work for our large Hospitality Client based in Nantwich.
As a Sous chef you will be supporting the head chef in a large kitchen delivering exceptional dining experiences for their guests.
You will be working in a fast paced catering enviroment aiming to exceed the guest exceptions
Hours of work:
7:30 until 11:00 OR 17:30 until 23:00
Opportunity to work straight through or do split shifts.
- Accountability for exceptional food standards
- To control stock management
- To manage Departmental Budgets
- Providing a safe and secure environment by adhering to the companies Health & Safety policy and Food Safety Management System
- Administrative work
- Deputising for the Head Chef in their absence
- Taking part in all appropriate training sessions
- To train & develop your team whilst leading by example
Experience & Training:
- previous Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef experience,
- working ideally within a large scale catering environment
- It is essential that you have a Level 2 & Level 3 Food Safety Certificate
