About the Role

We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our client based in Larkhall. This is a great opportunity to join a trusted and well-known company within the electrical retail sector, working as part of a friendly and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading pallets (handballing)
• Working both inside the warehouse and outside in the yard
• Handling white goods (e.g., fridges, washing machines) – heavy lifting required
• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
• Goods in/out work, including using shipping labels and product codes

What You’ll Need

• Good physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items
• Reliability and flexibility with shift availability
• A positive, can-do attitude

Shift Details

• Ad-hoc shifts, typically 3–4 per week
• Shifts can be booked on any day from Sunday to Saturday
• Typical start time: 22:00 | Typical shift length: 8–9 hours

Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: £12.57 per hour (basic hours)
• Holiday Entitlement: 28 days per year (2 weeks’ notice required to book)
• Payment Frequency: Weekly, every Friday, into your nominated bank account
