About the Role

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives / Loaders to join a busy and friendly team in the Bolton area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You’ll be an important part of the operation, ensuring goods are safely loaded, unloaded, and stored correctly.

Location: Bridgewater Avenue, Bolton, BL5
Pay Rate: £12.38 per hour
Shift Pattern: 6:00 AM start – 4 days on / 2 days off
Hours: 8–9 hours per shift
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Ongoing, with a potential temp-to-perm opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently

• Carrying out hands-on manual warehouse tasks

• Wrapping pallets and preparing goods for dispatch

• Using LLOPs to unload products from containers (full training provided)

• Accurately identifying product codes and placing stock in the correct locations

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse or manual handling experience preferred but not essential

• A good eye for detail and strong work ethic

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
