Ryan is the Head of Education at KPI and has been in recruitment for over 10 years. Over these years, Ryan has built long-lasting relationships with a plethora of schools and Multi Academy Trusts, in London but also many other areas of the UK.
Ryan’s vision is for KPI Education to become the market-leading recruitment specialist providing the very best talent to schools. He is a governor at a local Primary School in Stockport which enables him to give something back to his community and maintain his understanding of the struggles schools face. Outside of work, Ryan plays cricket in the summer for Colwyn Bay Cricket Club and is a Man United fan.

Tom Roberts

Tom is a Senior Consultant at KPi Education. He has over 4-years’ experience in the industry after starting off in the most alien of circumstances during the Covid pandemic after returning from a 3-year stint in Australia. Tom covers the whole of Merseyside and parts of Cheshire, an area that was previously untouched and had to create business from scratch. Tom now works closely with a number of schools across the area, specialising in Primary and SEN schools but also has strong relationships with secondary schools too. Away from work, Tom is sports mad – playing cricket throughout the summer for Colwyn Bay and a long suffering Everton FC fan. He lives in Liverpool with his partner and enjoys making the most of the city!

Phil Holden

He has worked with village primary schools and national multi-academy trusts on individual recruitment needs to large campaigns – and everything in between. Phil has two happy boys and lives in North Manchester with an unhappy wife of whom he worships. Although in his 40’s, Phil likes to think that he is in good shape and loves a Park Run and a regular game of football with the lads.
