Billy Ledward – Operations Director
Role & Background: Billy brings 15 years of hands-on traffic management experience to his role as Operations Director, having spent his entire career with Amberon/Core Highways. He started on the roads for 5 years, progressed to Operations Supervisor for 4 years, and has spent the last 6 years in senior management positions.
Off the Clock: Outside of work, Billy is a passionate Liverpool FC supporter and values spending quality time with his family. He takes pride in the deep relationships and all-round industry experience he has gained at every level of TM.
Colin Burke – Operations Supervisor
Role & Background: After leaving the armed forces at age 22, Colin entered the TM sector through an agency route. With 12 years of industry experience under his belt at major firms—including Premier, Chevron, Colas, Hattons, Amberon, and TMSD—he has served as an Operations Supervisor/Manager for the past 5 years.
Off the Clock: Outside the office, Colin enjoys playing snooker, watching football, and spending quality time with his family.
Kirsty Walley – Business Development Manager
Role & Background: Kirsty has spent five years specializing in recruitment across the Traffic Management, Rail & Infrastructure, and Industrial sectors. She specializes in matching top-tier talent with fast-growing businesses.
