Emma Gates joins KPI as Head of Legal - combining her experience from her years as a Legal Litigation Professional and Recruiter into one to support legal firms from her home region of Cheshire as well as Staffordshire, Shropshire, Chester plus National, top tier firms (and more) of all shapes and sizes in providing them with the legal candidates they are seeking.
Whilst Litigation and Employment Law are subjects she has previously practiced across, she supports legal recruitment across all sectors of legal particularly; conveyancing, real estate, banking and finance, family and private client.
Emma has previously recruited in the Banking and Financial Services via a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solution, using proactive, targeted sourcing to help clients hire the best team members and managers across the Risk, Wealth and Compliance functions for UK markets. The tailored approach across legal is focused and rewarded by seeing people reach their potential in the right firm.
