KPI Retail has appointed Lawrence Maxfield as Recruitment Consultant as they look to capitalise on their first eighteen months of growth.

Lawrence joins with six years’ experience in recruitment and hospitality management. A passionate lover of sports, music, and cooking, you’ll often find him at the gym, belting out karaoke at his local, or experimenting in the kitchen.

Starting his career in the hospitality industry, Lawrence quickly became accustomed to fast-paced, communication-driven environments. Balancing multiple responsibilities, managing teams, and meeting tight deadlines has given him firsthand insight into the challenges of high-pressure workplaces.
