Terry McCormick joins KPI Recruiting as Head of Industrial Recruitment – North
KPI Recruiting has recruited Terry McCormick as Head of Industrial Recruitment for the North. Terry’s role will see him head up KPI’s Industrial offices in the North of England and Scotland. He’ll be responsible for key clients, helping to develop new business and expanding KPI’s presence across the northern region.
Terry’s recruitment experience dates back over ten years with him working his way up from Account Manager to Senior Account Manager, Branch Manager and then Area Manager for one a well-known, national agency.

Terry resides in Liverpool with his wife and 2 children. He’s a fitness enthusiast and enjoys running ultra-marathons as well as watching football. “I’m a guy who loves taking on a challenge and KPI was one I couldn’t turn down. It’s an exciting project to get stuck into and I’m looking forward to bringing my experience to help the KPI team, and our clients, develop.”
