Andy fell into the world of recruitment at the start of 2024. Using his English Literature degree and experience in sales, he was keen to work in an industry where dealing with people and building relationships could be his focus. Andy jumped at the chance to support the education sector – recalling his own positive experiences with inspiring teachers. Despite being new to the world of recruitment, Andy is eager to learn the ropes and continue to support schools in Greater Manchester with the best graduate talent. Michael joined KPI Education at the start of 2025, bringing with him a strong academic background and valuable professional experience. He holds an undergraduate degree in Modern History and Politics, as well as a postgraduate certificate in Political Communications and Journalism from Cardiff University. Prior to joining KPI, Michael worked in sales, where he honed his communication and relationship-building skills, which he is now excited to apply to the education sector.
