A welcoming SEN school in Paddington is seeking a dedicated ABA Tutor – SEN Support to join their team from September 2025. The Role – Graduate ABA Tutor – SEN Support
- Deliver 1:1 and small group ABA interventions for SEN pupils
- Support pupils’ emotional regulation, communication, and positive behaviour
- Work closely with the SENCO, teachers, and therapists to implement tailored support plans
- Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

- Experience or strong interest in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)
- Understanding of autism and SEN needs
- Excellent communication skills, patience, and adaptability
