KPI Recruiting are looking for a responsible and head strong Account Manager to work for a reputable and energetic production company in the Cheshire area.

Requirements:

• Working in a competitive and target driven position
• Working in telesales roles where key performance indicators (KPI) determine success
• Working on a dialer system whereby customer interactions and volumes are determined through the systems
• Utilizing Microsoft Office packages to drive business efficiencies
• Experience of using CRM systems to capture notes and feedback from all customer interactions
• Proficient in managing the sales pipeline using CRM systems, preferably Order Manager CRM
• PC, Handphone, Soft Phone, booking system, Online Business Portals such as Timetastic

 Duties:

• Act as an ambassador for the business, promote the services and its products.
• Reach out to new prospects via telephone (Cold Calling) to determine suitability of our products.
• Become completely familiar with our products and our pricing strategy.
• Deliver a prompt, polite and professional service in line with our key behaviors and values.
• Scheduling call backs for our customers in line with set Key Performance Indicators.
• Using our CRM & other systems to aid in keeping track of opportunities and measuring success and queries.
• Working together with senior leaders and other colleagues across the business to share best practices
• Ensure that all KPIs for prospecting, proposals & closes are met.
