- Have experience working in the health care sector at home management level

- From a strong background in elderly and dementia care, with experience as CQC Registered Manager.
- Able to effectively manage a team to provide the highest or care to our residents, budgets and resources, ensuring a cost effective service that doesn’t compromise on quality
