- Manage the delivery, monitoring and updating of any required action plans.
- Report to the operations director the progress of any areas of concern
- Attend strategy meetings with CQC, safeguarding and contracts teams as required, ensuring action points identified are fed back to Director of Operations, and action plan updated.
- Complete statutory notifications as required.
- Review staff training matrix and identify areas of additional training.
- Support with investigations, complaints, and safeguarding issues.
- Participate in the on-call rota for the service
Skills Required
- To hold a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle for work purposes
- Experience in a similar role
- Work in accordance with the NMC code of Practice
