Account Manager – Exciting Opportunity
We’re working with a fantastic client looking to hire an experienced Account Manager to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, retaining clients, and driving revenue growth.
The Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of an existing portfolio, focusing on retention, growth, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll play a key role in strengthening relationships and identifying opportunities to deliver additional value to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high retention levels
- Oversee the renewal process, ensuring accuracy and strong client outcomes
- Identify and deliver upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and key stakeholders
- Deliver virtual and face-to-face presentations where required
- Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and client experience
- Maintain accurate records and manage activity through CRM systems
- Prepare reports on performance, pipeline, and market insights
- Plan and manage your diary effectively in line with business objectives
About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- A proven track record in sales and achieving targets
- Experience in account management, sales, or customer service
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confidence working in a high-activity, client-facing environment
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Experience using CRM systems and MS Office
- A proactive, energetic, and team-focused attitude
- The ability to clearly communicate value and build long-term relationships
