We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Account Manager to join a growing team in Crewe. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering excellent customer service while developing a career in account management.
Key Duties
- Work alongside Account Managers to provide day-to-day support across a portfolio of client accounts.
- Produce client reports, presentations, and business insights using company data.
- Help coordinate client projects, ensuring work is completed on time and to a high standard.
- Keep client information and account records accurate and up to date within the CRM system.
- Act as a first point of contact for customer queries, resolving issues where possible and escalating when required.
- Build positive relationships with clients by delivering a professional and responsive service.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience.
- Support the wider team with internal projects, meetings, and business initiatives.
- Take an active approach to learning and developing your account management skills.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Well organised with the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
- Comfortable analysing information and presenting it clearly.
- Proficient in using AI tools and technology to support daily tasks and improve efficiency.
