We are currently working in conjunction with a well-established organisation based in Northwich who are looking to recruit an accounts administrator to join the team of 5. This is a new varied role that is available due to continued growth within the company where you will be involved in all aspects of accounts and sales order processing.
- Inputting sales invoices on to Sage200
- Checking transport invoices
- Producing and sending invoices to clients
- Support with accounts month end
- Bank reconciliations
- Manage stock levels
- Support with order processing
- Resolving customer enquiries and queries
You will need to be proficient on systems including Excel, have excellent communication skills, the ability to work to deadlines and manage a busy workload. The ideal candidate will have good attention to detail, eager to learn and pick up new systems with ease.
Must be able to drive due to location.
