Administration & Accounts Assistant 



Permanent Position

KPI Recruiting are currently working with an award winning, well established organisation based in Nantwich to recruit an accounts and office assistant on a permanent basis. This role is crucial in supporting both the accounts department and the wider operation with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Duties:

  • Manage calls and email enquiries
  • Providing administrative support to the Accounts Assistant and the Financial Advisors
  • Compiling sale and purchase invoices
  • Producing reports using Excel and Pivot tables
  • Maintaining accurate records and client files ensuring compliance at all times
  • Arranging meeting
  • Liaising with product providers, lenders, solicitors and estate agents
  • Preparing letters and documentation

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Methodical and well organised
  • Proficient on systems including Excel
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Analytical Skills 
  • Self-motivated
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Knowledge of Sage desirable but not essential
