£30,000 - £34,000 per annum
39 Hours per Week | Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 4:30pm
Our client, a well-established and growing construction business based in Deeside, is seeking an experienced and highly organised Administrator to join their team. Reporting directly to the Director, this role will play a key part in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the business through effective administration, document control, system management, and purchasing support.

Key Responsibilities;
Managing and maintaining company and project documentation
Ensuring all records are accurately stored, updated, and readily accessible
Distributing and tracking documentation in line with company procedures
Supporting compliance and audit requirements through effective record management
Managing and maintaining job management software systems
Ensuring company databases and digital records remain accurate and up to date
Raising and processing purchase orders
Maintaining accurate purchasing records and tracking orders
Liaising with suppliers regarding deliveries, pricing, and invoice queries
Assisting with procurement administration to support project delivery
Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Director and wider team
Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and business documentation
Coordinating meetings, diaries, and office schedules
Supporting HR administration and maintaining employee records
Undertaking general office duties to ensure the efficient running of the business
Candidate Requirements;
Previous experience within an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident user of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Strong organisational and time management skills
Desirable;
Experience within the construction, engineering or related industry
Knowledge of document control procedures
Understanding of purchase order processes and supplier management
