Duties:
Position: Administrator
Location: Stone
Salary: £23,000
Hours : Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Update and create product specifications as required
- Request quotes and information from approved suppliers and logistics providers
- Prepare customer quotations and follow up accordingly
- Coordinate hotel, transport, and event bookings for industry activities
- Provide up-to-date sales analysis using our internal database
- Support the sales team with resources for client meetings and visits
- Ensure weekly updates of the product database
- Manage office supplies, including ordering and organising stationery and catering items
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to process and interpret data efficiently and accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Sage 50 is a plus, though not essential.
- Previous office-based experience is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- No specific industry experience is needed; comprehensive training will be provided.
