Duties:

Position: Administrator

Location: Stone 

Salary: £23,000

Hours : Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Responsibilities:

  • Update and create product specifications as required
  • Request quotes and information from approved suppliers and logistics providers
  • Prepare customer quotations and follow up accordingly
  • Coordinate hotel, transport, and event bookings for industry activities
  • Provide up-to-date sales analysis using our internal database
  • Support the sales team with resources for client meetings and visits
  • Ensure weekly updates of the product database
  • Manage office supplies, including ordering and organising stationery and catering items

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to process and interpret data efficiently and accurately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with Sage 50 is a plus, though not essential.
  • Previous office-based experience is advantageous but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • No specific industry experience is needed; comprehensive training will be provided.
