Duties:
KPI Recruiting is currently looking for a Temporary Administrator to provide cover for one of our valued clients based in Inverness.
Hours of Work:
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00am – 5:00pm
Pay Rate:
- £13.30 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately
- Booking jobs onto the client's system
- Scanning and processing PODs (Proofs of Delivery)
- Responding to customer queries via email
- Managing customer enquiries through the client's pallet network platform
- Providing general administrative support as required
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good IT skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A professional and positive attitude
