Duties:

 

 

 

KPI Recruiting is currently looking for a Temporary Administrator to provide cover for one of our valued clients based in Inverness.

Hours of Work:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 9:00am – 5:00pm

Pay Rate:

  • £13.30 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately
  • Booking jobs onto the client's system
  • Scanning and processing PODs (Proofs of Delivery)
  • Responding to customer queries via email
  • Managing customer enquiries through the client's pallet network platform
  • Providing general administrative support as required

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Good IT skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • A professional and positive attitude
