£26,000 - £28,000 per annum (DOE)

 

About the Role

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join their growing team. This is a varied position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating tasks, managing data, and supporting both customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and issuing repair quotes and cost estimates
  • Managing and updating the CRM database, ensuring accuracy at all times
  • Coordinating repair requests and liaising with internal teams and suppliers
  • Creating and sending email campaigns (e-shots), offers and customer communications
  • Monitoring inboxes and responding to customer queries professionally and efficiently
  • Supporting general administrative duties as required

About You

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer support role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Outlook)
  • Experience with email marketing tools or e-shot campaigns is desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
