About the Role
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join their growing team. This is a varied position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating tasks, managing data, and supporting both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and issuing repair quotes and cost estimates
- Managing and updating the CRM database, ensuring accuracy at all times
- Coordinating repair requests and liaising with internal teams and suppliers
- Creating and sending email campaigns (e-shots), offers and customer communications
- Monitoring inboxes and responding to customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Supporting general administrative duties as required
About You
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer support role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Outlook)
- Experience with email marketing tools or e-shot campaigns is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
