Assembly Operative/Trailer builder

Pay: £12.21 – £13.21 per hour

Shift: Monday – Thursday | 06:00 – 16:30

Schedule: 40 Hours | 4-Day Week (3-Day Weekend Every Week!)

KPI Recruiting is seeking a hands-on Assembly Operative/Trailer builder to join a specialist manufacturing team in Horwich (BL6). This is a technical role focused on building high-quality products from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

• Full Build: Assemble new products and install factory options using parts, sub-assemblies, and materials.

• Precision: Interpret measurements and verify specifications to ensure every trailer component meets manufacturer standards.

• Tool Work: Confidently operate power tools for assembly and quality assurance.

• Troubleshoot: Identify assembly issues, perform necessary repairs, and report errors to the supervisor.

• Documentation: Complete production and quality forms to track your work.

What We’re Looking For:

• Mechanical Skill: Previous experience with hand and power tools is essential.

• Attention to Detail: Ensuring all parts are fitted and screwed in properly for safety.
