We have a fantastic opportunity for Production Operatives to join one of our established client based in Fenton.

This Production Operative role is ideal for individuals with solid manufacturing experience and a good length of service in previous roles, who enjoy hands‑on work and being part of a busy, supportive team. 

Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 3:00pm and Friday 06:00 – 12:30

The Role:
• Moving stock around
• General production tasks
• Following work instructions and meeting daily KPI targets
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
• Working as part of a team to ensure smooth workflow

The Requirements:
• Previous manufacturing experience is essential
• A good length of service in previous roles
• Manually handle heavy products
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
