BUSINESS SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR

PERMANENT POSITION

My client have been established for over 20 years and have a have a reputation for excellence in their industry. As a Business Support Administrator, you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient support to our client's customers. Your key responsibilities will include resolving phone queries, delivering excellent customer service and producing documentation.

Key Duties:

  • Answering incoming calls, managing enquiries and resolving queries
  • Providing a first class telephone customer service to all customers
  • Processing applications
  • Producing documentation
  • Liaising with training providers and clients to ensure queries are resolved
  • Maintaining the internal database
  • Undertaking quality checks by proofreading cards and ensuring customer/provider satisfaction

Skills Required:

  • Previous experience working in an office within administration and/or customer service
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to manage own workload
