We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Business Development Co-Ordinator to support a high-performing Sales team. Based in Middlewich , this role is key to maintaining the quality and momentum of our business development pipeline. You’ll be the first line of defence for new opportunities—ensuring only the most valuable and well-qualified leads move forward.

Working closely with our Business Development Executives, you’ll help streamline internal operations, maintain CRM accuracy, and drive team accountability.


What You’ll Be Doing

Opportunity Qualification

  • Research and assess new leads before they enter our CRM
  • Spot high-potential projects and filter out low-value enquiries
  • Pass qualified opportunities to the BD Executive for next steps

CRM Ownership (Salesforce)

  • Maintain clean, accurate data across pipeline stages
  • Reduce unlinked opportunities and overdue tasks
  • Follow up on missing updates and ensure data integrity
  • Champion Salesforce as our single source of truth

Team Collaboration

  • Attend internal BD meetings and share key action points
  • Support reps by updating Salesforce with meeting outcomes
  • Assign incoming leads to the right team members
  • Drive follow-up and accountability across the team

What You’ll Bring

  • Confidence to challenge incomplete or overdue actions
  • Excellent organisational skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • A proactive, process-driven mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a high-performance team

Your Experience

  • Previous experience in Sales Support, CRM Administration, or BD Coordination
  • Solid understanding of B2B sales processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Salesforce experience is a strong advantage
