KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Chef De Partie for our client based in Kelso.

As a Chef De partie your working hours and days are:

• Monday to Thursday 07:00 - 14:00 
• Friday 07:00 - 11:30

The rate of pay as a Chef De Partie is:

• £16.00 p/h

Duties and responsibilities as a Chef De Partie are:

• Setting up the kitchen prior to a restaurant’s opening
• Making breakfast and lunch
• Preparing a particular kitchen station 
• Cooking a specific portion of each plated meal
• Cleaning the kitchen and keeping on top of health and safety regulations
• Cleaning and sanitising their area with warm water and soap
• Wrapping unused items and storing them in proper areas at the end of a shift
