KPI Recruiting have an exciting new opportunity with one of our clients in the glasgow area. Up and down the UK, our clients branches are serving and supporting our local communities with all their building material needs.

They rely on our HGV Drivers to make sure there customers get their products when and where they need them. They look after the customers local to there branches, so there’ll be no long-haul driving or late nights. Working in one of there branches you’ll be part of a team where everyone is putting the effort in to offer brilliant customer service and to get the job done.

As a Class 2 Driver you will be working Monday- Friday with a 07:00 start time, finish time will vary.

The rate of pay as a Class 2 Driver is:

• £14.00- £14.50 p/h

Here’s a quick overview of some of the things you can expect to do as Class 2 driver with this client:

• Making deliveries to our local customers, ensuring they get their materials on time, every time
• Building great relationships with customers out on the road and representing our brand
• Keeping up to date with all Health & Safety legislation and administration relating to your role (tachographs, training, delivery notes etc)
• Taking pride in your vehicle and making sure it is maintained in line with current legislation and company policy

The right candidate for a Class 2 Driver must have the following:

• Atleast 6 months experience
• Valid HGV Class 2 licence
• CPC qualification
• Tacho Card
• Experience in a similar role
• Good communication and time management skills
• Flexible working hours
